This week is a little different, as Dapper Day at Walt Disney World just passed this weekend, and this group is important to know!

The Dapper Dans are a barbershop Quartet that performs at all Disney parks. The Dapper Dans usually preform in a group of 4, although have been known to be in larger groups in order to sing larger pieces. The Dapper Dans preform throughout Main Street, in the barber shop, or in the horse-drawn trolley in the morning. Fun fact? The Dapper Dans (aptly named for their well-dressed colorful ensemble) have been singing at Walt Disney World since 1971 and since then have sung around 1,026,208 songs! The most popular of their songs is “Goodbye, My Coney Island Baby”.
A new tradition has been introduced by an independent organizer...“Dapper Day”, which is organized for certain days throughout the year where park guests are encouraged to come, dressed their best, for a fashionable day at the Disney Parks. The most recent day being February 24th.

For this year’s theme of Limited Time Magic, The Dapper Dans at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World will be participating in a musical time warp “Dapper Dans—The Original Boy Band” from February 25th-March 3rd, where they will sing the latest Boy Band hits, sure to be a good time, especially for younger audiences.
